FAQ

 

Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, your refund can take up to 5 business days depending your card issuing bank.

Holiday Return Policy : Purchases made between October 23, 2025 – December 24, 2025, can be returned through January 31, 2026. 


Return Processing Fee


A flat rate cost of return shipping, $4.95 USD, will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is less than $4.95 USD, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

 

Credit
 
  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return
  • Credit for the merchandise returned less a $4.95 USD return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

To return by mail, simply click the START A RETURN button above and follow the instructions listed to receive your pre-paid return label. To ensure your return is properly processed and refund granted, be sure to place both the return slip and unworn items within the return package.


Please note, your package will not include a paper invoice.  Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip.  You may access your return slip by following the "Start A Return" link and completing the return prompts.

If you are unable to access or print your return slop, please include the following information with your return:

 

  • Order Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Purchase Date
  • Payment Method

Returns to Retail Store

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return apparel and accessories products purchased at calvinklein.us free of charge to any Calvin Klein Retail or Company Store. In order for our stores to properly process your online return you must present your return slip.

Your package will not include a paper invoice/packing slip. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip. You may access your return slip by following the ‘Start A Return’ link and completing the return prompts.

 

 

Holiday Price Adjustment Policy : Any purchases made before November 26, 2025, will not be eligible for price adjustments. Any purchases made 11/26/25 through 12/2/25 will be eligible for a price adjustment through December 10, 2025, only if inventory is currently available for that specific size and color. The item is not eligible for a price adjustment if the inventory is unavailable. Beginning December 11, 2025, we will no longer offer price adjustments.  (Updated 10/23/2025) 

Exchanges

We do not offer item exchanges for online orders at this time. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must return the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
