Returns a Product

At Toni Black, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, our return mechanism is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. Please read the procedure below carefully to ensure smooth processing.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or broken.

  • The product is incorrect (wrong model, color, variant, or quantity).

  • The product is not as described in the listing or promotional material.

  • You received incomplete items (missing components or accessories).

⚠️ Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer error may be deemed ineligible.


2. Return Time Window

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of receipt for standard products, or

  • 3 days for fragile, customized, or limited-edition items.

After this period, Toni Black reserves the right to reject return requests unless otherwise required by applicable law.


3. Required Documentation

To ensure quick verification, please include:

  1. Order ID or Invoice Number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos or videos proving the defect/damage/incorrect item

  4. Unboxing evidence (if available for high-value or fragile items)


4. Steps to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Submit a Return Request

  • Contact Customer Support via our official return form or email.

  • Provide all required documentation mentioned above.

Step 2 — Assessment & Approval

  • Our Quality & Service team will review your case.

  • Approval typically takes 1–3 business days.

  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) code and shipping instructions.

Step 3 — Package and Ship

  • Repack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible).

  • Include the RA code and invoice inside the parcel.

  • Ship using the courier method provided or recommended by us.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Due to Toni Black fault (incorrect item, manufacturing defect, damage in transit):
    Toni Black covers return shipping costs.

  • Customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed):
    Customer bears return shipping fees, unless otherwise specified in a promotion or regional law.


6. Inspection and Resolution

Upon receiving your returned item:

  • Our team will conduct a product inspection.

  • If the item meets return criteria, you may choose between:

    • Replacement of the same product, or

    • Refund (credited to your original payment method)

Resolution normally takes 3–7 business days after inspection.


7. Non-Returnable Product Categories

To maintain hygiene and fairness, the following items are generally not returnable:

  • Personalized / Custom-made products

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products with removed serial tags, labels, or security seals

Exceptions may apply for defects or shipping errors.


8. Refund Terms

  • Refunds will match the price you paid, excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to Toni Black’s fault.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
